I arranged to meet him in person for the exchange. He was on time but the scale didn't work as intended and he didn't know what the issue was for sure was so we cut the price and I gambled that I could resolve the problem. I was able to get it to work without needing to buy new parts but I would have given him good feedback if I hadn't just because he was on-time and was open to negotiate to resolve the exchange.
