Shows Delivered he sent pic and said coin was stolen from envelope even though it was taped and well packaged, told him this was a matter for the USPS postal inspector, I have been selling on Ebay for 23 years with a 100%Pos FB until now. Sorry but I have to draw the line when I am asked to pay for postal crime in Philadelphia.
