Very poor centering, many stamps have printing outside of the actual stamp. Some kind of red ink splattered all over the sheet as well and I have no clue what that is. I asked for a well-centered sheet and that request was pretty much ignored. I hope these are still usable with some of the printing going off the actual stamp. Will take away two stars for ignoring my request, getting a dirty sheet and the slow shipping (Which was explained but only after I inquired about it.).
