I received this item but the two horizontal hat racks included were not the correct size. Because they were too large, I could not attach them and therefore cannot use the item as intended.
The seller has been very polite and responsive and agreed to send a replacement. When the replacement arrived today it was not the correct part. It was a single hook - not the two horizontal hat racks (which I had sent a photo of). So after 7+ weeks I still can't use the hat rack. I have requested a refund.
