    Item was packaged horrible, it was never secure inside a oversized box with no cushion or bubble wrap causing the hedge trimmer to break through the side of the box resulting in damage to the blades on the trimmer.I thought I would be getting a better priority shipping method paying the seller $82 for shipping on a 5 LB item from GA to NJ.but It was shipped standard USPS mail and took two weeks to arrive, and damaged. Ebay's response says it is not refundable, Not happy
