Cannon DC 330, Glad I made this purchase.
This is my second camcorder. I upgraded from mo old sony mini tape camcorder. The Canon DC 330 lets me upload videos directly to my pc so I can edit content as well as burn to full size dvds. I also like the feature that lets me take a picture while I am recording vidoe at the same time. The only thing that I do not like is there is no light. What you do for a little extra light is turn the display screen white and then flip it around so as to cast a little brightness on the subject. The pro kit great deal..
UPDATE 10/07/2009: The Camera/Vid recorder still works well! I had a 16gig SD card gave to me and surprisingly it works! I have also used every type Disc it says works and well they do very well. All the included software IS compatible with Windows Vista 32bit and 64bit versions. Only downside was trying to Video tape son's football game it tends to run out disc room, just have extra disc already "Initialized"! The battery well make sure you have an extra one of those too. Other then that it is still working well. I really was surprised when I saw the box and inside of it so professionally packed, sealed, and delivered! It was better then most companies that send directly new to you. Everything described in the auction was there and worked well when I tried it. This is NOT a dislike , ... The only trouble I had was when I installed one of the software discs that come with this camera/video recorder was finding the serial number it asks for. I guess the reason for that is to make sure someone is not trying to pirate the software, which I can understand a company protecting its' interests. If I were to get another camera I would buy this deal again. Very nice deal for ANYONE. All the products and the Camera itself I rate HIGHLY as a great buy for the money. Thank you again.

I've been playing with the camera for a couple of weeks now and its very cool! It takes great still shots as well as great video. I appreciated all the extras that came with it too. Its small and compact. Very user friendly and you dont have to be a techy to figure it out! I also love that it burns both to dvd and digitel. I can send the dvds to family out of state. I looked for quite a while before I settled on this make and model. Outstanding Canon DC 330
The overall performance of this camcorder is outstanding. The quality of the pictures are true to color. The light weight and compact size in my opinion is the way to go when purchasing a camcorder. The Canon DC 330 was very easy to setup, and operate. I would recommend this camcorder for the ease and quality that it produces each time you use it.

Love this camera..easy to use and picture quality is great! Average on recording in low light, but still better than most. Too bad canon discontinued this model. Hopefully they will come out with a newer version of it. Works great with my Mac!
