The item arrived, damaged in transit after the seller had sent it to an incorrect purchaser. It was routed to me, however it was not packed correctly, and the ears of the statue were damaged in transit. Since I wanted to keep the figurine, I was unable to obtain reimbursement from the post office. The seller was agreeable with splitting the cost of the item and gave me a half refund. I would much rather have had the item intact and paid the full price.
