Appearance wise basically brand new & went on without any issues (see 3rd pic for post install & old shell set side by side). Packaging/Presentation was 5/10. It came in a small box with the faceplate in a ziplog bag. I was able to install this new faceplate with no issue. On top of that it even came sooner than expected. I ordered it on March 31st from Ontario (Canada) and was delivered on April 16. I will definitively buy it again in the future if needed.
