I ordered this item late on the 18th and received it on the 22nd. There was plenty of correspondence about getting the order, shipping the order and receiving the order. I have a new pink Studebaker CD player and I take really good care of it, but it fell and broke the lid off. It still played but kind of embarrassing to take it out for performances with the lid hanging! Hà Ha I would definitely order from this seller again, the player works great, and it was a good buy.
