Die Ware war als Neu beschrieben, deshalb habe ich den Bildern nicht so viel und intensive Beachtung geschenkt.
Als die Ware bei mir ankam, war die Packung der Ware kaputt und aufgerissen.
Ich kontaktierte den Verkäufer höflich damit und bekam eine freche unverschämte Antwort zurück.
Wenn man jemanden nett u höflich fragt, kann man auch eine höfliche Antwort bekommen.
So jemand, der so unverschämt mit Kunden umgeht, hat meiner Meinung nach nicht in einem Verkaufsportal verloren.

Guten Tag, Käufer schafft es nicht sich die Bilder vor Kauf anzusehen, versucht es dann auf den Verkäufer zu schieben, einfach nur peinlich.

im originalangebot war auf den bildern die deutsche version des spiels mit USK18 unten links und deutschem text hinten auf ovp - bekommen habe ich die englische mit PEGI18, englischem text hinten(siehe bilder) ingame auch komplett englisch, nicht änderbar!
das ist natürlich ärgerlich aber onTop kam, dass der verkäufer auf keine einzige nachricht reagiert hat und selbst bei rückgabe kein retourenschein rausrückte! unverschämt!
so verhält sich kein seriöser verkäufer - absolut inkompetent!
