Carefully packed; reasonably promptly shipped; item as described; but the seller insisted on charging $11.75 for shipping when the actual postage paid was $6.15. When asked if he would refund the difference, he wrote that he would provide a credit of $3.75 on a future order if I remembered to remind him that the credit is due. So, before you commit to buying multiple items from this vendor, be prepared to pay more in shipping than the actual cost of the postage.
