Let me add what you left out, you were offered the replacement item which you refused you wanted to return the item for a refund, Which I accepted but not only that in this very rare unusual case where I made a mistake I saved you the bother from returning the nails at all, and gave you a refund allowing you to also keep the item for FREE and you go your money back too. So I went ahead and blocked you from buying further items since you are still not happy, There is nothing else I can do.
