    The item was shipped within a couple of days and arrived intact. It's new as advertised. It did take nearly 4 weeks to arrive. During this, the seller did respond to my inquiries, tersely but within a day each time. The package started with FedEx, who falsely reported it delivered, and then somehow it got into the hands of Amazon, who took it to my local Post Office, who finally delivered it. Strange, but I did eventually get it.

    Looks like I had a similar experience as others. The original item I purchase was sent Fed Ex. They claimed it was delivered, but no where to be found. I contacted the seller and another was sent out, this time by Amazon and it was delivered. I would use this seller again.
