Seller confirmed that he used the item ‘once’ although it was listed as ‘open box’ , not ‘used’. I received the item (a milk frother ) dirty, with old milk foam stuck to the inside. Also the exterior of the item clearly shows signs of long term use, not one time use. Very disappointing.

The Legend of Zelda pins arrived quickly and as shown. Unfortunately the cold weather did loosen the adhesive on both pins holding them to the base part of the pin frame but it was totally fixable, is not a problem at all and no fault of the seller. I'd happily buy from them again!
