Very good communication, there were problems with the follow-up it had to be changed several times but it was settled very quickly, very responsive and reliable seller. As for the package, it would have taken bubble wrap around the box and then put it in the carton ideally but, the packaging cardboard was thick and of good quality. He is a serious seller I recommend. Thank you ! :)

Trustful, honorable Trader ! Package savely arrived very fast as soon as the manufacturer had at long last put in on the market now with the beginning of January 2024 (over the distance from China to Middle-Germany here in Europe !). Thus the order was a little bit in delay, but it was not the fault of the trader. Regarding the delivery-problem because of the manufacturer the seller had me informed just in time before in 2023, at the start of my order. Was a pleasure to deal with "gendryer".
