I had forgotten that the price quoted there using PPal is exclusive of duties/taxes so I ended up paying slightly more than the originalist price. Seller simply responded that the site clearly explains they are my problem and got aggressive. Lens arrived and it is as described physically however the aperture blades are sticky so not "functioning properly".
