It is what it is, the duvets we’re not expensive, so I wasn’t expecting top quality cotton covered ones but they are lovely and warm inside a quality duvet cover, we are lucky enough to live in a really well insulated property with under floor heating, so the 7.5 tog duvets are ideal.

Good quality product, not sure how accurate the tog rating is though. Bought the 2.5 which turned out to be thicker and warmer than the one I was replacing which was rated at 4.5. Different seller though.

Very happy with my purchase, surprisingly good quality for the price. Very good service and excellent communication by the vendor. The package arrived late, although I paid for express delivery, but I'm fairly sure the vendor was not to blame. But in good grace they refunded the express delivery fee. I had purchased the duvet, which I haven’t yet opened. And had a problem with delivery. The delivery company delivered to the wrong address. The sellers communication at every step was perfect. In the end, the parcel turned up at my door. Delivered by unknown person or persons. I will most definitely return as a customer as their customer service was fab.
