My refund was rejected, that’s all right. But I really recommend the price of the on sale item can be reduced, since it’s only a young and short cutting as photos attached show. The cutting simply came in small plastic bag. Not recommended.

I missed the refund request deadline and messaged buyer if she wanted me to cancel the transaction but seller replied and asked me to send the item. Items were as described and cuttings were slightly longer in any case.

Stems sent were not favourable as propagation material. They were long mid-stem sticks, very thick, semi-firm, with the shoot tips and leaves all removed. No inner packaging inside the box to mitigate moisture loss in transit either. Hardly looks like a 'dwarf' form. Looks as though it is large and rampant like P. tomentosum. Good propagation material for Pelargoniums are soft green shoot tips, and not too thick in diameter.

Pelargoniums cuttings should be treated as cacti or succulent cuttings. Wrapping them to "prevent moisture loss" will only encourage rotting during shipping. My grow notes to buyer also said NOT to increase humidity and to provide fresh air. From my experience, soft green shoots tips require more care during propagation. With the type of stems I send, all one needs to do is to just stick them in the ground and they should be fine. Leaves were removed to reduce moisture loss as per listing.
