Arrived in poor condition. Due solely to the negligent lack of any packaging. Just placed in a grey plastic bag. Not good enough and showed complete lack of respect for the buyer and product. I asked for a new case to replace cracked one just offered partial refund or " return". Had me over a barrel as the CD is very hard to source and isn't cheap. So had no choice but to accept the partial refund. Not happy at all! Poor service in every regard.

THIS REMINDS ME QUITE A BIT ABOUT THE SCANDINAVIAN HORROR 'COLD PREY' - NOT THE SETTING OR EVEN THE STORY, BUT THE NEVER ENDING SUB TITLES AND WHEN PEOPLE DIE THEY DIE VERY BLOODILY AND HORRIFIC. HAVING SAID THAT OUR BACKPACKERS LOST IN THE WOODS OF EUROPE DO LEAD VERY CHARMED LIVES. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY BEING CAPTURED, BEATEN, THEN ESCAPE AND ARE CAPTURED AGAIN, THEN BEATEN AGAIN, THEN ESCAPE AGAIN, VERY STRANGE INDEED. A POOR MANS 'WRONG TURN' WITHOUT THE BUDGET, BUT A LOT OF THE RED STUFF.
