      A risk indeed

      I knew I was taking a risk buying a used Lego set, but couldn't pass up this deal. Overall I am satisfied as the pieces we in generally good shape, though quite a few had nicks or teeth marks in them. My biggest issue is that there are a few pieces missing. The rocket itself is complete but the splashed capsule is missing the orange flotation ring, and another piece at the top of it, and the flag piece for the moon is missing. I hate to be critical but the set I purchased was advertised as 100% complete - LEGO NASA Apollo Saturn V 92176 Space Rocket 1969 100% COMPLETE.

      Accurate

      This is a great addition to my collection. The packaging was done well and the instructions were very accurate. I have over 120+ sets and this was one that the build guides were well segmented and easy to follow. As this is a discontinued set, I was happy to see that they were starting to go more eco-friendly with the packaging at the time. Overall, the design and execution is one of the better models I have built. It will be prominently displayed in my foundations of flight section in my office.
