Item was described as “unmarked”, but had obvious marks. Photos did not include the back of the bag, which had the marks. Tried to get me to pay for return postage, when it was their responsibility. Tried to only refund the cost of the bag when they were required to refund the cost of the bag ($49) and what I spent on postage ($70 total).
