    Just one small thing. It would have been helpful to say that the paper tray was secured by a small plastic clip underneath printer as it seemed it wasnt working. Seller was very quick in responding to my concern. I got my last printer from this firm and they are really reliable. I am so glad all is well now. Printer was very well packed. Courier did not leave first time though I was in waiting. Next day found he had gone to wrong flat but I managed to alert the next guy who delivered it to me!

    Simple and effective. And quick.

    I wanted a simple printer that I could just plug my laptop into and it would print reliably every time. Previous printers have been so complicated that they wouldn't reliably work. I also use Linux operating systems rather than Windows or Mac, so that sometimes caused issues. This printer does the job. It works fine with Linux (I currently use Mint 18) - I just had to go to the website listed in the installation leaflet to download and install the driver. Now I can literally just switch it on, connect my computer to it via USB, and off it goes, and quickly. I haven't tried any of the wireless options as I can't be bothered and don't need them, so I can't comment on those, but if you use Linux and want something simple and fast, with good quality printing, I would recommend ...

    Only had this 1 week and printed approx. 70 A4 sheets of text and the toner cartridge warning message appears warning there's only 2% left and needs replacing...this can't be right?

    Tricky set up but worth it

    Item did not come with any instructions and there was some google searches involved in getting it going but worth it and it prints easily now from iPhone or iPad. Happy with purchase.
