    Very good communication, easy to work with on the pricing. When I received the laptop it was as described. Shipping was in a timely matter , he packed it up so there would be no problem when I received my laptop. Packing was kept the laptop well protected. I had a minor issue, but he was on it very quickly and it was corrected promptly. If I need another laptop in the future I know who to go to.

    Honest mistake ... He sent the wrong item, but took care of it in a timely manner. Seller paid for the shipping both ways (well, it was his mistake :) ! ), which was fair. It must get confusing at times when you are selling more than 1 item! I would buy again from Jeff in the future. He proved he is an honest person.
