The seller was very responsive and help full in trying to solve the problem. Communication with the seller was 100%, they really cared about the product not working as it should. After several tests the issue could not be resolved and the seller will refund the purchase cost. Which in my mind is a sign of a genuine seller, I would purchase other products from them again.
