You can tell buy the edges he cut the decal and nothing lines up after he assembled it back together. He returned the mountain part back to me. There is no reason for us not to send the full decal as its already been paid for. We have reported this buyer to ebay as fraud. So for future buyers that want to do this, this is an example that we do and will report buyers that commit fraud.
