    Very frustrating transaction. Item was shown in stock and I was sent a tracking number saying the item had been shipped. So, after dismantling the bike it was somewhat disconcerting to be messaged saying the item wasn't actually in stock at all. The only reason for non negative feedback is they did at least apologise and do a quick refund. In future I'd recommend the seller not to mark items as dispatched (especially service items for motorcycles) until they actually have physically been sent!

    Didnt have the colour I asked for in stock so I received a phone call to offer me an alternative or to wait a few days till the colour I asked for, in my experience most sellers would have let me wait, so I appreciated the call and took a different colour, I wish more sellers were like this.
