    1st loco arrived damaged even though double boxed, obviously due to careless handling by the courier service. I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.

    Hornby Pullman carriages with table lights absolutely brilliant and authentic

    Purchased these second hand, but other than the Perspex in the original boxes being a bit brittle the coaches were in as new condition. They run extremely well and look so real. I have added corridor connectors and Bournemouth Belle on them to make them look even more authentic. All that is missing are some well dressed little scale passengers. A great product, which is difficult at present to buy new,
