For whatever reasons, this particular perfume that was shipped, was not the NIB perfume, and was being gifted to my daughter. When I explained to the seller that it was opened/used, and only 90/95 % full, she apologized profusely, and then proceeded to correct the issue right away. She offered a large refund, and told us to keep it, or I could return it for a full refund. We did keep it, my daughter is happy.
