    This seller is a big lier and scammer. he is trying to trick people with wrong item description, to sell used items. I ordered floor outlet cover , it says in description brand new, factory seal. He sent me used, open box, with missing parts. Like other negative review stated, he is trying to blame buyer for attack him. I contacted ebay, because he started to harrased me...... New, factory-sealed product in the original (slightly distressed) box." to understand the factory-seal product shown was what they would get. There are the rare eBay users who are "wish buying." Some may request money several times for any extras not pictured; even tacitly employ feedback extortion. It is difficult to discern a scam from a buyer's disability
