Neither buyer nor seller had any way of knowing that the package was damaged during shipping and waylaid as a result. This seller was communicative about the issue in defense of himself and his selling practices first and foremost. There did not appear to be any compassion about the buyer predicament, thus a refund appeared to be the only fair outcome. A few days later she messaged me to say that the tracking information had not been updated to reflect that the carrier had it. I checked with the carrier to see if it was perhaps misplaced in the back. They looked and said it was not, and that it was most likely in transit to her. I told her this, she asked for a refund, which I immediately gave her. I'm not sure what else she would have had me do. Either way, she has her refund, and probably her item too.Follow-up from: n***t- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.This item finally arrived to me on 12/3/2025 with a notification that the packaging had come open during shipping which had to be addressed, and this was what caused the delay in arrival. The tracking report did not reflect this situation. The item was still in the box, but the box and tape were clearly damaged and repaired.
