Unfortunately it was the WRONG CHARGER. Upon further research the charger they sent was for the Fitbit Inspire HR, and not compatible with my device (Inspire 2) at all. I contacted the store and they responded promptly. They were friendly and able to process a refund. I’m sad I can’t charge my Fitbit but grateful they were kind and agreed to refund so quickly. Cheers!
