    Fan was listed as new but was not in the original box.Cord was just wrapped around the unit.The unit was poorly packaged with a very small amount of used old packing material.The REMOTE CONTROL was not with the unit as shown in the photo on E-BAY.I searched every inch of the box and packing paper so I know it was not shipped.Even though it was poorly packaged it was not damaged and everything worked ok.Since everything worked ok I would not go through the trouble of returning it.
