    EXACT PRODUCT AND FLAWLESS.

    The package I got was exactly what was detailed in the description. The Apple Airpod Maxes as well as the case. There were no dents or stratches or any dust in the microphone or speaker holes. I am very pleased with the purchase as it basically seems like the previous owner only used it for a very short amount of time, so it was basically new to me. The case had a sticker, which was probably to sort it out at their facility, but I removed it and used alcohol to remove it remove the sticky residue. That's the only minor complaint about it.

    Refused to accept my cancellation because the item would be shipped too late to make it to me on time. I had to contact eBay, then they refused to acknowledge what eBay was telling them. They still proceeded to “ship” the item. In reality the item was not shipped, just provided the tracking number but it’s been stalled on the “usps” waiting for item. Worse experience ever.

    Not what i expected

    I thought this was a brand new item - not a refurbished one. Found out after the fact. The headset at hair on it and had a scratch on it as well. Not very happy with this.
