Not the next day DPD delivery as advertised but it was well packaged and arrived safely after several days with Evri. My previous fryer was used for about 4 years and must have had at least 400 fry-ups. It still worked well but had started burning off the non stick coating inside, which I worried about eating. I had no worries about buying the same model again, they are a great little machine, thank you ! 😊

I contacted the seller but go no response. I had to return them for a refund but, had they packaged the item properly, I would have received them as described and been happy. Instead I was disappointed and inconvenienced. You'll see from the seller's feedback that this has happened before. Seller needs to be more careful with packaging and be more responsive to buyers.

I heard him come upstairs and opened the door, and noticed he had just dropped parcel on landing. I asked him why he neither buzzed nor knocked door, and he just wved his hand, in a dismissive manner. He did take a photo yet he could easily have picked it up and walked off with it. AVOID EVRI FOR THEY ARE A TERRIBLE SERVICE
