    Kunde sendete Ware so zurück, dass diese sich beschädigt. Wir haften nicht für Fremd beauftragte Pakete wie Hermes etc. Auf Kundenwunsch ging Pumpe an den Kunden zurück. Hermes lehnte wegen schlechter Verpackung die Übernahme des Schadens ab. Am Ende verlangte Kunde trotz Schaden die Gelderstattung und wollte die Pumpe behalten. Das haben wir abgelehnt und somit erhielten wir solch eine Bewertung. Ebay wurde informiert
