Here is a set of Cylinder Barrels removed from a 1973 Norton 850 Commando. No broken fins or cracked barrels. If I were to use these, I would try honing the cylinders and use new rings on the pistons which appear to be in good shape.

Bad package upper cooling fins were broken in three places i have to try to weld them. Not so easy to do with cast iron. otherwise as described.
