The headphones feel new and no signs of wear or anything, the only thing I could say is there was a lot of lint on the headphones when I first opened it, but all it needed was a quick dust off. My sister actually owns headphones that are $60 and she even said these were way better! If you have $25 and are looking for good sound quality for everyday use, definitely buy these headphones you wont regret

I was skeptical about ordering this product due to its cheap price point, worried about fake ones. However, I took the risk in case it did not work, I was going to return. But I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and the condition! Looks new! The same item is sold for $99 on the Costco website. I also registered the item in JBL, it's a genuine product for sure. Thank you.

I know it had batteries so that’s why it was FedEx ground. I personally don’t know how they stay in business with their logistics. Packing was great even in original everything. Item was exactly as described. Value not bad I wish I would’ve bid lower but that’s on me.
