    I am sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items did not arrive two weeks "late" they arrived within two weeks of shipment after a late ship due to illness and were expedited by Seller after Buyer reached out for status. Buyer was also offered an additional discount on a future purchase for the inconvenience of the delay. Buyers pictures do not accurately represent items at time of shipment. Pre-owned condition of shoes at time of sale was well reflected in pictures and sale price.
