When I asked the seller how he’d like to proceed, he said I can either get another figure or get my $$$ back. I chose the figure. Next day seller told me I had to pay additional shipping for the item. I told him I’d be contacting eBay and he immediately refunded me. This is more of a lesson for the sellers - if you show pictures of the item mint, then the buyer expects mint!
