Postage is not in offer and therefore refund should be not reduced, no legal reason to provide a picture to continue, looks like deliberately making it difficult to returrn and just positive experience is allowed to continue. From what i can recall, if your not happy with your purchase and the item is NOT faulty or does not fit the description then the buyers pays for return postage.
