I had to wait 16 days to receive it and it came in a padded envelope with the box crushed BUT it is technically a new product because the figurine was factory sealed and in perfect condition inside. Also the seller did respond to messages on the delay of the shipment. So I give this seller a positive review because ultimately I got what I paid for.
