Delivery was very fast however I had to return the box for the lock and key to be fitted. This process work very well and communications were very good. On receipt the 2nd time, on opening the box had carried a leaking bag of cement. Areas were covered with cement dust and hardened splashes. This took some time to effectively clean. I reported this back, but received no reply. This was disappointing

The listing said there was no key, but to my supprise there was a key with it. Also included was a bran new passanger backrest which to me makes this buy a bargain.
