The bag was just stuffed inside a box and as a result, it arrived wrinkled. I actually bought the same bag from another seller previously, and it came perfectly packaged with care—no wrinkles at all. I get that sometimes there’s an effort to save on shipping costs, but when it comes to shipping a bag, I believe it should be properly packed in a box.
