Looked like they were played with hard on a sandbox and left out in the rain. Not mentioned at all in listing plus some has missing pieces -not described- and one had a cracked windshield. All the transformers were in great condition, this was an attempt to receive a discount or a partial refund. He messaged me threatening me that if I didn't give him some money back he would leave negative feedback. I tried to come to an agreement to no avail. I informed him if he was unsatisfied with his purchase he could return them. He didn't want to return them. He was just trying to recoup some of the $500 he spent. I definitely did not call him ignorant.
