First time we tried this I got the wrong part and took a little time to get a response from the seller about wrong shipment, but he replied that he was very busy and couldn't reply as quickly as he wanted to (it was only a couple of days later so no big deal.) He instructed on refund and all good with that. Next time right part came. Still I think that my 2nd shipping should have been free as I already paid it once (eBay fix this!)

The appearance of the device matched the A quality label of the listing! I've tested multiple games with the device and it appears to be in great condition. This seller focuses on quality and customer service. This was evident when I received extra goodies in my package ( or I forgot they came with the order ). Either way, since this seller seems focused on Atari, I will return for more soon!
