    After providing photo proof to the seller that they falsely advertised their product (item was small and less powerful than described/pictured) - they denied my full refund (even after accepting they were wrong) and instead wanted to give me a partial refund so they could still pocket some money. Terrible customer service and overall experience.

    Item didn't mention the size of the article, and customer thought picture was misleading so I offered half refund and to keep item, which they refused, so I refunded all money for refund. I don't understand 'terrible service' statement! Perhaps they used the item and when no longer needed, the decided to return it for refund?
