Best Smart Thermostat
Great smart thermostat with great user interface and app/web interface and integrated Amazon Echo (Alexa) and integrates with Apple HomeKit. I have this ecobee 5, 2 ecobee 4’s, 2 ecobee 3 lites, and 2 ecobee Smart Si’s between 2 homes. This is the best one yet: glass front pane, prettier external sensor. Couldn’t be happier with it!

It was easy to install. Most electrician wanted between 150 to 300 dollars to install. Wires are color coded so just match them. Also it works with Alexa.

Clean and easy to use
One of the best smart products I've used. The ecobee circulates air without running the a/c, eliminating hot rooms. I've been able to set the thermostat to 77* compared to 72* to feel comfortable. I'm interested to see long-term savings!

Innovative and convenient
Device is easy to use and program. It’s awesome not having to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the thermostat. I can do it from my phone. I have it integrated with my apple HomeKit. Alexa function is pretty cool if you like using the home assistance.

Great price on a smart thermostat
The Ecobee works with my 20 year old hvac system. Installation was not very hard, just need to ensure the right wires are connected. The thermostat is great and easy to use! Nice touch screen on the device and mobile app as well. The Ecobee has been working without issues and now I can have our heating on a schedule to control our costs. Highly recommended!

Easy to install and set up

Best thermostat
Have used multiple smart thermostats. (Honeywell, Nest, etc) and this thermostat has the most configurability out of all of them. The Nest was better about learning routines until the ecobee added the eco+ feature. The ecobee also does really well at learning your home and how to slightly overcool it to reduce humidity instead of just cool the air.

You don't have to be a pro to install
This is the pro model. It would be easier for a pro to install since some set up settings require system knowledge. The homeowner version install walk thru is easier to follow since it assumes homeowners know nothing. But I soldiered on since I have an engineering background and it works great. The Alexa feature and speaker are better than previous versions.
