I am extremely happy with it. HOWEVER i manage to install/ set up quite easily without refering to the manual But when comes to fit the seat it was a problem there were no instructions/ I gave up but then search utube and there it was You have to get ride off one part. Tested it - Loved it - I am 81 years old - my first scooter.

I had issues with the delivery, due to the freight company, not the seller. My queries to the seller were answered almost immediately and the seller had the delivery problems sorted really quickly.
