    Solved WIFI connectivity problems for the entire home.

    I needed one more of these 6E deco to extend my mesh coverage and this one did the trick. I am now able to get the full 400mbps that I subscribe to with my ISP almost everywhere in my home via WIFI. The version 1.6 now has firmware that allows to set the connection preference, which means that if you want to select a specific band or specific Deco unit to connect to, you can do it. The caveat is that all Deco units need to have the connection preference feature. Nice feature if you have older hardware that is touchy. I find it odd that TP-Link added connection preference to just version 1 and did not do so for the newer version 2.

    Terrific value, works great!

    Factory-renewed routers from TP Link seemed new, set up easily, terrific value. 2 units work great for 2-story 2500' house. (Second unit is placed on other floor, opposite end of house.) Kit included a couple of ethernet cables, but we purchased separately a 25' flat ethernet cable, so we could experiment more with placement of the primary unit, for optimum speed.

    it was easy to set up . when you go to youtube for setup info and down load the app. I have 4 tv's 4 computers 2 laptops 2 iPads 2 cellphone 2 security camera 2 thermostatsand a grade door opener .They all work also i now get the internet speed 400
