The pants were as described and the value was a great deal!!  Although they don’t fit and I am unable to wear them, it is not due to any issue with the seller; rather, it is because Gap’s sizing has changed over time. A size 20 in 2000 is not equivalent to a size 20 in 2008. As an employee of the company, I can attest to this from personal experience.
